Depending on the specific scope covered under the support contract, clients pay a flat, monthly fee. Any support requests outside of the ongoing support scope are billed at a discounted “as-needed” hourly rate.
The basic ongoing support scope includes:
- Fixing and Hardening a Site from Hackers
- Preventative Maintenance (updates, upgrades, etc.)
- Automated Monitoring (up-time, security scanning, etc.)
- Help with Small Changes (when requested)
- Fixing Accidental Site Breaking
- Occasional Performance Improvements
- FULL Access to our Searchable Support Site
- Priority Support (jump the line)
- Discounted Hourly Rate for As-Needed Support
- No Long-Term Contracts (cancel anytime)
