It’s kind of the golden rule of sales and marketing, never make it difficult for your customers to give you money. At JDM Digital, we want to make the account management and payment process as simple as possible.
JDM Digital accepts checks, made out to either “JDM Digital” (our DBA) or “Justin Downey Marketing, LLC.” We also accept all major credit cards and use PayPal as our secure payment processor.
Toggle Payment Methods
On the invoice page, simply click the “Pay Online” or “Pay by Check” toggle to hop between your options.
Pay Online with a Card
- Go to the invoice you want to pay, either through myJDM or via the link we emailed you.
- If there is an option for Amount select the minimum payment or the full invoice total.
- At the bottom of the (hopefully) pre-filled form, click the black “Process Payment of $x” button
- That’ll take you to PayPal, our payment processor*.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account, click Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
- Complete the form (much of the information should already be filled in for you)
- Click Pay Now
Once payment has been made, it should redirect you back to the invoice. If not, click “Return to JDM Digtial” to view your invoice (with the payment made) or, if you’ve paid the invoice completely, it’ll display your payment receipt.
* NOTE: For security reasons, JDM Digital does not save any credit card information on our servers. Instead, we let PayPal manage that super-sensitive stuff.
Not a fan of PayPal? No problem. If available for your invoice, you can also pay right on our website using Stripe as the credit card payment processor. Just select the payment method, “Stripe” instead of PayPal.
Pay by Check
To pay by check, just click the toggle that says Pay Online. That displays who the check should be made out to, our address, and even our FexEx account number, if you need to get the check to us quicker.
Once we’ve received the check, we’ll process it in our system and you’ll receive an email notification that the payment has been received and processed.
Alternative Methods
As we said at the outset, we don’t want to make it difficult for our clients to pay their bills so we can get to work. If you’re not the kind of client that wants to pay by check or online using a credit card, you can also pay us via PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, or ACH wire transfer.
If you’re really old school, we even accept cash. Why the heck not, right? Cash is king.
